How can I get started?

It’s easy! Start by submitting a list of items you’d like to sell via our phone number (078213 50000), email or contact form, including any photos or descriptions. Our team will review your collection and respond with an initial offer or request for more details. Once we agree on the price, we’ll arrange to collect the items from you.

How does Sell Retro collect items from sellers?

We provide secure, convenient collection options based on your location. If feasible, we will come and collect in-person. For certain collections that might be a far distance, we can arrange payment for the items to be posted to our address. For larger collections, we can arrange a safe courier pickup directly from your home. If you’re nearby, we can either come to your location, meet in a place of your preference, or you can visit our office.

When will I receive payment?

We prioritise fast payment! As soon as we receive and verify your items, we’ll process payment via your preferred method—typically within 24-48 hours.

How do you ensure items are preserved after purchase?

We’re passionate about preserving each piece of history we acquire. All items are carefully stored in climate-controlled environments, cleaned and inspected, and protected from wear and damage. Our goal is to keep these items in the condition they can, or even use restoration methods where applicable.

How do you differ from other companies that buy retro items?

Unlike other companies, we listen to what our customers actually want for their possessions, rather than offering pennies in exchange (although we are happy to make an offer if preferred). Our personalised service ensures a friendly, smooth process throughout, and we provide careful preservation of each item we buy.
