The kit addresses the circuit management challenges unique to the Ayres T-Piece — bag orientation, bag size variability, and secure table positioning — with purpose-built components that assemble directly onto the circuit. The elbow bag connector replaces the straight double-sided connector included with the Ayres T-Piece circuit. Where the straight connector fixes the breathing bag in a single inline orientation, the elbow allows the clinician to orient the bag either flat on the dental table surface or hanging safely off the table side — adapting to the available workspace and procedure requirements without modifying the circuit. The adjustable bag support tray clips onto the neck of the breathing bag and holds the valve at the opposite end, keeping the bag supported and the opening unobstructed. The tray slides to accommodate 0.5 liter and 1 liter breathing bags — covering the full range of bag sizes appropriate for small patient Ayres T-Piece circuit use.
