Sell Your Vinyl Records
Whether you’re downsizing your collection or if you’ve found yourself with records you don’t need, we’re here to help.
What is a Vinyl Record?
A vinyl record (also known as a phonograph or gramophone record) is a form of analogue sound storage in the form of a flat disc (often black in colour) that was first created in the late 1800s, gaining prominence in the 1910s.
After dominating the market for many years, CDs and Cassettes dampened the popularity of Vinyl from the 1980s onwards – resulting in many vinyl being abandoned in landfills or left to gather dust in lofts and spare rooms.
Our Vinyl Album Buying Process
If you’re looking to sell your vinyl records, you’ve come to the right place. We’re passionate about preserving the legacy of music on vinyl, and we’re always excited to connect with individuals ready to pass along their cherished collections or space-consuming itinerary.
Whether you have a few albums or an entire collection, we’re interested in hearing from you. Our process is straightforward and transparent, ensuring sellers feel confident and valued.
All Vinyl Genres Considered
When it comes to Vinyl LPs, we buy a wide range of genres—from classic rock, jazz, soul and pop to rap, dance, metal, punk, alternative, new-wave and everything in between. We’re particularly after titles from the 1960s onwards (we have many records from before this era already preserved). If you’re unsure what genre your records are, we can help identify and inform you accordingly.
Condition is key, so we focus on records and sleeves that are well-maintained, though we’re open to discussing all items and will listen to what you’re looking for to part with them once condition is assessed.

What Type of Vinyl Do We Buy?
Vinyl LPs
We primarily look to collect and preserve Vinyl LPs, i.e. 12 inch albums. These can come in the form of double x2 vinyl, single vinyl, gatefold vinyl (which are usually bulkier than normal vinyl) and in some cases vinyl without sleeves.
12″ Vinyl
However, we still consider 12″, 10″ and 7″ EPs or singles, which typically only include tracks in a quantity of 1-4. 7″ singles are usually either stored in cardboard or paper sleeves.
Picture Disc Vinyl
We also collect 12″ & 7″ picture discs. This is when the artist or album artwork is actually printed onto the vinyl itself. These were popular for both playing and displaying.
